System Center Configuration Manager 2012 RC is available for download today. System Center Endpoint Protection 2012 RC1 is also announced and available for download either individually, or all System Center Beta & RC products here.
A blog by Adwait Joshi announced the RC, which also lists the new features available in SCCM 2012 RC1 here.
Although we all have been waiting for SQL Server 2008 R2 support, we would have to wait a bit more for it. (A hotfix required for SQL 2008 R2 support is yet to be released). However, SQL Server 2008 sp2 is supported now (with 2603910 hotfix).
